The Parade of Angels appears to be the world's first legitimate flash parade. It happened all on it's own down in the historical Cherokee district, Cherokee St. St. Louis on March 18th, 2011 at around 6:45pm. For those who were there, it was a magical procession, a one of a kind idea and a once in a lifetime experience. Super special thanks to Artica and ALL the Articans who made this happen.
